Meet the Team
Ross Mair – Managing Director
Ross started his career as an Oil Trader in London and shipping operations in Athens. He then moved to a start up commercial energy brokerage in London where he was embryonic in the growth of the business as the 1st energy broker into the team. Fast forward 12 years later this business was acquired by E-Energy PLC who are listed on the AIM stock exchange.
As a landlord himself Ross saw a gap in the market to provide a quality property management and re-design service for landlord’s tired properties, with a zero upfront fee structure for the landlords. Prime City Lets was born in 2015 and we are very proud of our 100% no voids track record with our landlords and agents.
Ross places a huge emphasis on the team to deliver quality and service at all times to our landlords, agents and tenants. We immensely value these relationships and look forward to long and fruitful collaborative working relationships together.

Peter Sevcovs – Relocation Manager
Peter started his career as an estate agent in an independent family owned boutique in Fulham, London where he worked for over six years.
A fine synergy of customer service and business management was perfectly matched together when Peter joined Prime City Lets Limited in 2016 and started his career as a Relocation Manager. Thus providing a prime class customer service for tenants while professionally managing properties for the landlords.

Masters in Global Supply Chain Management – Cass Business School.
In his spare time Peter likes to teach yoga.
Niketa Morrison – Accounting and Finance
Niketa joined Prime City Lets in 2015 and continues to provide invaluable support mechanism in the finance department managing all outgoings and incomings into the business. Niketa makes all of our lives much easier to allow us to focus on the growth of the business.

Alana Klemz – Interior Design and Property Consultant
Alana recently joined Prime City Lets in 2020 as a Property Decorating consultant. She takes dated and dilapidated properties and provides an internal makeover which not only improves the landlords properties but attracts a better quality tenant. She has an a flair for detail and sense of style, which makes her a invaluable member of the property management team.
In her spare time she likes to care for animals.
Samuel Boswell – Project Architect
Samuel joined Prime City lets in 2020 and has played a key part in providing insight and coordination for the development of clients properties and development sites. His experience working on live projects ranging from residential properties to the £1billion development of Kensington Olympia, Samuel is equipped with the experience and expertise to transform property development vision into reality, efficiently, professionally and cost effectively.
